Thanks for the mention of my post, “Caristhenics: Exercises to do while traveling by car.” Even though it was an afterthought! Ha!
No, it is greatly appreciated and was the first mention of my name in that capacity, so yay for me! Hey guys….glad you liked it. I agree with the lighting. Believe it or not I spent about an hour trying to figure out the best place to shoot this silly thing.

John—I miss you guys too. I really need to not be doing so much, but I’m afraid if I stop I will just turn to dust, or implode, one of the two.

I like your style of adding videos to COS. Your voice gives it more life. I’d like to see more of you though, more lighting in the dark maybe? Anyway, with lighting or not, it’s still a great intro.
