Air Medical Transport Conference, 2008: Doctor, NURSE? crzegrl speaks
Jun 10th, 2008 by Emily
There are two simple things that always make me happy. The first is getting stuff in the mail. You know, real stuff like cards, letters and (omg yes!!!) packages! The second is seeing my name in print. No, not the newspaper. I’m referring to bylines, etc. Today, was a great mail day. Not only did my RoadID arrive, but I received this year’s Air Medical Transport Conference Preliminary Brochure in which I am listed as a speaker! w00t!
See, I wasn’t just screwing off when I wasn’t blogging in May! My talk is even sponsored by the BCCTPC, what ever sponsorship means. On a funny note? One of the flight physicians I work with is also doing a lecture. Someone must have liked him because Dr. Hartley Thomas was promoted to:
Hartley Thomas, RN, MSN, EMT-P
I am so going to pay for this.

Nurse Thomas…Nurse Thomas…Calling Nurse Thomas…You have a phone call…..LMAO, we all laughed quite hard in the breakroom when this was discovered, we wanted to call into the conference room and interupt the meeting but thought better of ourselves.
