So you have chapters where you certainly COULD be dealing with the dynamics of personality and behavior…

23 years I’ve been at this now.
Almost no-one ever talks about the fact that medical flight-crew members all have egos as big as the Titanic! The fact that we’re all “equal members” of this team is sometimes hard for those of us with military backgrounds to swallow. So in order for a crew to function efficiently, everyone must learn to bite their tongue a little, lest you end up hating one another.
Planning a chapter on crew-dynamics?
I think it’s a must.
