Me on the Roof at Sunrise

It was freezing this morning when we were sent out to pick up a trauma patient for an inter-facility transfer. On our way back to our hospital I tried, with no luck, to get a good photo of the sunrise through my window. It wasn’t quite light enough yet.

On our way back to the roof, I pulled out my camera for a scenery photo. My pilot, however, had me stand at the other end of the pad for this photo. I’m not used to being on this end of the camera.

The sun over my right shoulder is actually the sunrise reflected off of one of the downtown buildings.

Watching the sunrise from the west was amazing.
